We all know when you have Quartix tracking installed it feels like having a new toy and understand you are keen to start tracking your vehicles online. Below is some information on when you can expect your login details so you can get up and running.

Units Shipped to you directly for self install

If you have opted to self install your tracking devices into your vehicles we will send over your login access via email the day the units are shipped out to you. This allows you to have access as soon you have installed these into your vehicles.

Unit installation completed by a Quartix engineer

If you have booked a Quartix engineer to complete your tracker installations we aim to send your login details via email the following morning. If your installations are completed on a Friday or over the weekend you will not be sent your access until the following Monday/Tuesday due to our offices being closed over the weekends.

Why are your login details sent the following day?
When installations are booked with our engineers we then require the job details to add these to our systems. This time period accounts for any delays which may be experienced in this process. Second to this we also complete quality checks on the data to ensure a smooth experience when it comes to you logging onto the Quartix system for the very first time.

How will we send your login details?

We will send your login details via 2 separate emails, called 'Welcome Emails'. The first email sent to you will contain your user access, contained in this email will be some information on what you can expect to see when you login with these.
The second email will contain your administration login access, again, this email will contain additional information on what you can expect from these details.

Who will your Welcome E-mails be sent to?

Welcome emails will be sent to the main contact on your account or who has been dealing with the paperwork/installation booking. Should you wish specific people to receive these please let our our sales team know at the point of completing the paperwork or contact our systems team on systemssupport@quartix.com
