Following the installation of your tracking device you will need to follow this up with an e-mail confirmation into our Systems Support team so they can add this to your online account. The e-mail address for the UK team is email@example.com and for our US team is firstname.lastname@example.org
Your confirmation e-mail should contain the below information;
Unit serial number
Unit location within the vehicle (if known)
Once your installation details have been received, it can take up to 24 hours before you are able to see these online. When your new vehicle(s) have been added to your account our team will send you a confirmation e-mail reply.
When will your tracker start recording data?
As long as the installation and testing of your Quartix tracking unit has been completed in line with the user guide and test facility, data will start reporting immediately. Once this has been processed by our Systems team you will be able to look back on any previous data to the point of installation.
