Quartix UK has a number of offices across the United Kingdom but our head office is located in Newtown, Powys in mid wales.
In 2020 we moved all of our teams into brand new offices allowing our key operations to work from a single location. Our offices include departments such as UK and European Customer Services, UK, European and USA Support teams, Accounts, Customer Resources team plus many more.

The sales team or maybe our office administrators will be your first interaction with Quartix, they are there to look after you, answer all your questions and make sure that Quartix is the right product and service for you and your business.

The Support team are here to deal with any of your technical issues, whether that be an installation problem, unit data issues, reporting problem or system training. Every interaction with our support team is logged on our databases.

The Systems Support team are here to deal with any system changes that you wish to make. They are more than happy to make the change for you, or they can take you through how to make some of the changes through the administrator account via the Quartix website.

The installations team are here to make sure that we get the Quartix GPS unit installed into your vehicles at a time that is suitable for you so that you can maximise the use of the system.
The offices in the UK are open from 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
In addition to the offices above we also have an office in Cambridge where our Board and R&D team are based as well as offices on the south coast that deal with our infrastructure and application development.
